Waterloo Man Accused of Issuing a Bad Check

On January 26th, 2014 at about 10:15 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, with assistance from the New York State Police, arrested Christopher J. Gould, age 22, of 350 Waterloo-Geneva Road, Waterloo NY. Gould was arrested for issuing a bad check to a business in the Town of Seneca Falls in the amount of $64.08. Gould was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafler where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash or $500.00 bond. Gould is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/12/2014 at 9:00am to answer the charge.
