On April 20th, 2013 at 2:34 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested William Thompson of 60 Ward Street, Apartment C, Rochester New York for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving with a .08 Blood Alcohol Content or Greater, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Keep Right. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Auburn Road in Seneca Falls after a vehicle operated by Thompson is alleged to have crossed the center line multiple times into the oncoming lane. Thompson had a prior conviction in 2008 of driving while intoxicated making this arrest a felony. Thompson was arraigned in Fayette Town Court in front of Justice Sapio where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash bail, $5000 insurance bond. Thompson is to appear in Fayette Town Court on April 25th 2013 at 4:00 p.m. for his next hearing.
