Rochester Man Accused of Violating Court Order

On the 20th of February, 2014, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth Sapp, age 52, of 1342 Clifford Ave, Rochester, NY on a Warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd. It is alleged that Sapp made contact with a Seneca Falls resident after a Class A Order of Protection was issued between the two parties. Sapp was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafler. Sapp was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 Ins. bond. Price is to reappear on March 3rd 2014 at 6:00pm.
