Phelps Man Accused of Writing Bad Check

On August 30th, 2013 at 11:00 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph Riordan, age 48, of 108 Main Street, Phelps, NY¬†for issuing a bad check to Bill Cram’s in the Town of Seneca Falls. Riordan was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200.00 cash bail. Riordan is scheduled to reappear the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 11th, 2013 at 8:30am.
