Pair Charged with Robbing SF McDonalds

On Tuesday November 19th, 2013 – Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested two individuals in connection with a reported robbery that occurred in August. On August 21ST, 2013 around 11:00 PM, Police responded to the Seneca Falls McDonalds for a reported robbery involving what appeared to be a firearm. Upon arrival police learned that the suspect demanded and received cash from the register and then fled the area on foot. At that time an area search was conducted by law enforcement and the suspect was not located. As a result of the investigation into this incident, the following two individuals were charged with one count each of Robbery in the first degree:
Francis W. Morley III, age 27, of 25 Peterman Road apartment H2 Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

Arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Justice Joyce Mahoney. Committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $20,000.00 cash bail / $40,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 11.22.2013 at 3:00 PM in Seneca Falls Town Court.
Alexander O. Marsh, age 23, of 229 East Main Street Waterloo, NY 13165. Arraigned before Junius Town Justice Brian Laird. Committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail / $20,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 11.22.2013 at 3:00 PM in Seneca Falls Town Court.
The New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted Town police with this investigation.
