Man Arrested Following Traffic Stop for Speeding

On July 24th, 2013 at 1:42am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Leo George, age 23, of 106 West Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, New York for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1% or Greater, Speed in Zone, Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign, and Failure to Keep Right. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Garden Street in Seneca Falls. George allegedly failed to stop for a stop sign and was traveling at an extremely high rate of speed while crossing the center line into the oncoming lane. After further investigation, George was found to be operating while intoxicated. George was released on tickets and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on August 1st, 2013 at 10:00 am to answer his charges.
