Man Accused of Menacing, Child Endangerment

On April 13th, 2014 at about 8:04pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon S. Stone, age 26, of 25 Peterman Road B7, Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute. During the altercation with a female, it is alleged that Stone struck the female with a closed fist in the presence of her child. It is also alleged, during the same incident, Stone threatened another town resident with a knife. Stone was charged with the following:
-Menacing in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor -Endangering the Welfare of Child, a misdemeanor -Harassment in the second degree, a violation -Disorderly Conduct, a violation
Stone was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Judge Laquidari remanded Stone to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond, an order of protection was also issued protecting the female half. Stone is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 8th, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
