Geneva Man Arrested for DWI After Speeding in SF

On May 3rd, 2013 at 12:37 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael A. Rosa, age 20, of 20 North Wadsworth Street, Geneva, New York for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a .08 or more Blood Alcohol Content, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Keep Right, and Speed in Zone. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on River Road where a vehicle operated by Rosa was observed traveling over the posted speed limit and crossing the center line multiple times. Rosa was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash bail, $1500.00 insurance bond. Rosa is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 9th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for his next appearance.
