The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department services the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The police department also has administrative hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., where individuals can contact the front desk and speak with a records clerk. The number is (315)568-4850. The main offices are closed after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends and holidays. After 4:30 p.m., all calls to the administrative number listed above will be forwarded to the Seneca County E-911 Center. If individuals wish to come down the police station to speak with an officer directly they are to use the red call box at the front of the police department entrance. The call box will dial the Seneca County E-911 Center, where you will be able to speak with a dispatcher and the dispatcher will advise the on-duty officer to respond to the office to take your complaint.
