Auburn Man Arrested on Warrant for Domestic Dispute

On May 16th, 2013 at 5:54 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Curtis E. Limner, age 33, of Lewis Street in Auburn New York on an arrest warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd. This arrest stemmed from a domestic dispute on April 17th 2013 where Limner is alleged to have engaged in a physical confrontation with another individual in the presence of two children. Limner was arraigned in Junius Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond.  Limner’s next court appearance will he on May 22nd in Seneca Falls Town Court.
