4 Men Charged with Vandalism at Bill Cram’s Chevrolet

On Tuesday June 11TH,2013  the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested four individuals in connection with the March 2013 criminal mischief incident at Bill Cram Chevrolet. Town police charged the following individuals with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree (Felony) and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree (Misdemeanor):

Andrew J. Graves, age 25, of 2 Fall Street Apartment 23, Seneca Falls, New York 13148

Charles W. Covert, age 45, of 1974 State Route 89, Seneca Falls, New York 13148

Jonathan L. Taylor, age 28, of 2022 Balsey Road, Apartment 301, Seneca Falls, New York 13148

Klingensmith

Jonathan P. Klingensmith, 25 Swaby Street, Seneca Falls, New York 13148

Arraignment was before Fayette Town Justice Joe Sapio for Graves, Taylor, and Klingensmith. All three were remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secure bond. All three are scheduled for a felony hearing in Seneca Falls Town Court at 1:00 PM on 06.14.2013.

Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Justice Joyce Mahoney for Covert. Covert was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled for 1:00 PM on 06.14.2013.
