3 Men Arrested for Weapon, Drug Possession on Traffic Stop

Seneca Falls Police arrested three males following an 8:50pm traffic stop on Bridge Street on November 15th, 2013.  Police stopped a vehicle driven by Colton R. Price, age 18, of 1170 Whiskey Hill Rd, Waterloo for an inspection violation.  During the course of the stop/investigation police located a set of Metal Knuckles and over one half pound of Marijuana inside the vehicle.  A member of the Seneca County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit assisted police in locating the marijuana.
Price was charged with the inspection violation and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.

 

Carrasquillo

Pablo O. Carrasquillo, age 20, of 481 St Rt 318, Phelps, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Third Degree (Felony).
Paul R. Sturiale, age 24, of 481 St Rt 318, Phelps, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
All three were arraigned in Town of Fayette Court by the Hon. Joseph Sapio and will reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court.

 

 

Sturiale

Price was ROR’d to reappear on 11-27-13 at 9am.

Carrasquillo was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond and is to reappear on 11-19-13 at 3:30pm.

Sturiale was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond and is to reappear on 11-27-13 at 9am.
