On 05.23.2013 at 2:45 a.m., Seneca Falls Town Police arrested 3 individuals for the burglary of a Fall Street business. Police charged Jeremy A. Capron, age 18, of 55 West Bayard Street, Apartment 14, Seneca Falls, New York, an unidentified 14 year old male, and an unidentified 12 year old male with Burglary in the second degree, Grand Larceny fourth degree, Conspiracy fourth degree, Criminal Possession Stolen Property fourth degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon Fourth degree, and Criminal Mischief fourth degree. In addition to the above charges Capron was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a child. It is alleged that the three forced there way into the business, stole numerous items, including a pistol and ammunition. Police recovered the stolen items, including the pistol which was in possession of one of the minor’s at the time of arrest. Capron was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail / $20,000.00 secure bond. Capron is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on 05.28.2013 @ 1:00 PM to answer the charges. The minors will be facing Seneca County Family Court action later this month.
